Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received a damaged item, contact support@eemesh.com and we will help arrange an exchange when inventory is available.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
